JX is one of the youngest grandsons of the immortal Leo and has the highest concentration of Leo blood around.Like his sire, he is adding strength and heart to our breeding program. JX has and throws a great disposition. He is all business; you give him a job and he does it. He’s got a great mind and his offspring are anxious to learn.

SPLISH SPLASH OF LEO

Splish Splash of Leo is a BIG, STOUT, double bred Lad Leo grandson. His first babies hit the ground this year and live up to the Leo characteristics. They are smart and beautiful. Unfortunately, we were not able to start him due to a front ankle injury.

MR SILVER PISTOL

Mr Silver Pistol is a super quiet, beautiful, gray son of the great Playgun. Playgun has earnings of over $185,000, and he has produced get with earnings of over $5,000,000. Playgun’s dam is one of the cutting horse world’s greatest producers with offspring earnings of over $350.000. Mr Silver Pistol’s foals demonstrate great versatility, strength, and intelligence.

DOUBLE L BOON

Double L Boon produces some of the prettiest foals on the ranch. They’re really easy to pick out of the herd. Easy to handle, good bone and feet, and awesome muscling. He’s just the right color. His offspring show great dispositions and quick minds. Double L Lena was owned and very successfully shown for years in the cutting arena by Julie Wrigley of Wrigley’s Chewing Gum.

TIVIOS BUENO BARS

Tivios Buenos Bars is as foundation bred as you can get at the Zollinger Ranch. Great Grandson of Poco Bueno himself and The Ole Man. He has a good mind and great conformation. He is a ¾ blood brother to Taylor Tivio Jr. He will be a great asset to our breeding program. We are very impressed with his babies and can’t wait to see what they can do!

CATTO BOY

Catto Boy is a sound perfectly proportioned sorrel stallion with NCHA LTE earnings of $74,884, who’s produced 13 money earners himself. A consistent Fort Worth finalist in the aged events. His Dam is the producer of 3 NCHA money earners and a half sister to Little Pepto Gal ($490,951, NCHA). High Brow Cat himself has produced offspring with earnings in excess of $78 million.

By the great Bodee Boonsmal. Offspring earnings, 92 x $2,608,039 including incentives, $690,798 without. Smoken Bodee is an eye catching grey stallion. Bodee combines outstanding looks, athleticism and a great disposition in a steel gray package.

WZs LAST SHOWSTOPPER

“Huck” was shown by Dax Hadlock as a 3 year old. He has a small amount of NCHA earnings. We have crossed him to several types of mares and he stamps them with his disposition and looks. I can’t wait to see his colts started!

BOOGIE REY

FOALS COMING SPRING OF 2024!! "Boogie Rey" is sired by Sigala Rey an own son of Dual Rey who has NCHA LTE of $58,329 and offspring earnings over $500k in NCHA & NRCHA. By a daughter of Peptospoonful who has NCHA LTE of $72,850. We are excited to add Boogie to our breeding program and look forward to seeing his foals next spring.

METALLIC STANLEY

NEW! Metallic Stanley is a son of Metallic Rebel with NCHA earnings of $438,315, has produced over $5.5 million in offspring earnings in NCHA & NRCHA. Smart Lil Diva by Smart Lil Ricochet out of Dry Peppys Sorra have each earned over $6k LTE NCHA. We look forward to adding his foals to our program in the next couple years.

ONE EYED PISTOLERO

One Eyed Pistolero is a young and upcoming sire. His grandsire is one of the top producers in the NCHA, also in the arena and all aspects of the Ranch Horse. Shesa Bay Olena was one of the best producers on the ranch, great pedigree - a family favorite. Pistolero has the mind, disposition and athleticism you want in your horses. 2024 will be his 1st colt crop for the ranch. We are excited to see what we get.
